Bonjour et hi to all,
there are some features in every program one does not use every day. In my case, it is the color coded wind map of zygrib. I remember that the wind velocity was very well visible in former versions of zygrib, but in version 6.2.3 it shows an even dark blue almost everywhere, just a light greenish breeze in the north atlantic today. Which, as far as I know, is some sort of an understatement.
Win XP running here, the global calm is independant of the selected units (m/s, km/h, knots). All other data like rain, temperature etc. are colored correctly.
Did I select a wrong setting somewhere, or is it a known bug?
Merci beaucoup, and please excuse that my french is even worse than the little english I am capable of...
Regards,
Longkeeler.

Here we speak french or english, as we want, as we can, but we never forget that we discuss between humans.
Do not forget the magic words: hello, hi, thank you, etc.
Rude messages are rejected and remain unanswered.
It is often necessary to be patient because there are many other activities even more exciting in our life.

Re: Wind map color coding question
There is the possibility to change color of wind, for jet stream, you have jet stream on so only high winds are colored...longkeeler wrote:Bonjour et hi to all,

Re: Wind map color coding question
Thanks - must have switched it on in a moment of 'let's try something new'-mood...
Colors are back, and the wind is back as well.
