Issue of time

I am in Greece (UTC+3) sailing shortly to Sicily (UTC+2)
The program works perfectly but I cannot be sure of the timing as the left top corner window (see attachment) shows the date and hours as:
"Mon 2019-07-08 02:00. UTC + 11"
and I have been unable to modify this feature.
My computer clock indicates the correct time and is located in the correct time zone.
