Dear software programmers,
loving zygrib and using it each summer - these days I got shocked when zygrib crashed the first time.
I tried to reproduce the error, and it seems I got it.
The use of WW3 waves is obviously the problem. Seems, the problem is new.
I can reproduce it with the following download options:
North 64° to 27° //-51° to 19° O
Resolution 2°/ 3 hrs / 7 days
NOAA standard (all exept snow and ice)
NOAA GFS (none)
That worsks fine - if you add
ww3 waves (sig; max; swell)
-> crash
Lovely, if you could have a look after - when possible.

Hi Jaques,
thanks for your time.
What I mean is
(a) the download with only NOAA GFS works fine
but (b) the download with NOAA GFS and WW3 waves leads directly to programm abort.
When the programm reads the download-data (b) it stops in the middle of the process.
Than a message-box appears telling me: Programm abort you may klick "Programm close" and thats it.
I can reproduce it on different computers - I use Windwos 8.1 (or 7) and zygrib 7.0.0.
As I know zygrib working with both data-sources (NOAA GFS and WW3 waves) - something must have been changed.

Hi,
Sorry, I can not reproduce this bug.
Perhaps there is a confusion with an old version configuration file.
Try to delete all files zygrib.ini in your system, and also delete all the key zyGrib in the registry with regedit (ask to google to have more explanation on it, there a thousands of responses).
