I am completely baffled
I've been trying to get a autogrib file by email via sailmail and all I get is this
"Please, don't reply to this message, it was sent automatically.
Sorry, an error was detected during the analysis of your email:
Missing grib parameters
Deadline for your code: 2016-06-01 05:15:00 UTC
A new code can be generated at any time: https://www.zygrib.org/?page=gribauto
Limitations:
- Maximum 16 emails per user and per 24 hours.
- Maximum size of 2MB per grib file.
The zyGrib team."
Now I have renewed the code numerous times (I believe that every code I have used has been up to date - can't see how it can be other - it has been new for each attempt), I am using the "example GRIB" text as my base but I am obviously doing something the system doesnt like
Can someone guide me into the light please..........

Here we speak french or english, as we want, as we can, but we never forget that we discuss between humans.
Do not forget the magic words: hello, hi, thank you, etc.
Rude messages are rejected and remain unanswered.
It is often necessary to be patient because there are many other activities even more exciting in our life.

Hi,
Indeed, you are so baffled than you forgot to say hello.

Re: GRIB by email?
Hi Jacque
Apologies for the lack of introduction. I'm Stewart Henderson on yacht Skylark currently sitting in Panama but heading W in the next week with the family on a FP40 Cat. I've been using Zygrib for the couple of years using the web service in the Caribbean but decided that I liked the programme far better than the weather fax stuff that I can get through the airmail programme. Which brings me to signing up with you good people and trying to get it working.
What do you mean "respect the protocol?"
Can you give me a steer on why I am not respecting the protocol? I obviously need to change something so v grateful for a steer.
Just to clarify. I'm using web link for this using airmail3.5. offshore I'd be using a pactor 4 via a 802
Taken from one of my attempts. Code had been updated before I sent this in.
Mail subject is "autogrib"

Do I remove the spaces? Add more info requests (not that I need them - I was trying to keep the file size to an absolute minimum)
Happy to change if you can give guidance!
Thanks
